We had a great 4th of July with the Tatum's lake house on Possum Kingdom Lake. Kyle's parents hosted a full house. They are so fun and are wonderful entertainers. My mom and Chris drove in all the way from New Orleans! We had fun in the sun, great food, and lots of time spent together. Kyle and Ryan put on a great fireworks display on the 4th.

Italy Part 4: Rome
Ahhh, Rome is pretty magical! We were both pretty tired by the time that we got to Rome, but knowing it was our last stop, we didn't want to slow down.
We stayed in the most amazing hotel called The Waldorf Astoria Rome Cavalieri. Here is the link to the most incredible hotel! http://www.romecavalieri.com We spent a lot of time on our hotel grounds enjoying the hotel lounge, Turkish bath/spa, and walking the grounds.

Italy Part 3: Naples & Capri
I have to say that this was one of my favorite parts of the trip. Maybe because it was so different than our previous cities.
Naples itself is very crowded, dirty, and dangerous. It was our first time in Italy to feel scared to walk the streets. But, the pizza in Naples made up for the danger. Oh my gosh, the pizza in Naples is famous for a reason. We ate pizza everyday we were there and located the best pizzerias including De Michelle from the book, "Eat, Pray, Love".
Capri island was breathtaking! I've never seen such a gorgeous shade of blue water. We wish we could have stayed for more than one day...
We also got to visit the Pompeii ruins and Mount Vesuvius. We climbed to the top of the volcano and it was unreal. Our heads were literally in the clouds. It was an amazing experience.
