Arden's Garden Party
We served your typical kid-friendly lunch fare: Ham, Chicken Salid, Roast Beef, and PB&J sandwiches (flower shaped). Sides included pasta salad, gold fish, pita chips and dip, and fruit salad
We choose vanilla with buttercream icing cupcakes.
Thank's Sams...you always pull through!
Arden got her own, "smash cake" too.
Boy did she love it!
While visiting the Blue Bell Factory late last year,
Ryan and I fell in love with the one of their newest flavors,
"Crazy Kookie Dough".
Ryan knew that we had to serve it at Arden's party...
so he made that happen.
It went over really well too!
I made this garland that has a picture of Arden taken on the
9th of each month
Here are some of the decorations that I put in the front yard
And now onto the backyard.
I was really happy how my flowers turned out...
My mother-in-law made the cutest balloon flowers too!
My Aunt Pam made this yard sign. Isn't it too cute?
And now my favorite part....the guests!
Arden had so many friends and family come from
near and far to celebrate.
near and far to celebrate.
The kids got busy right away and had a lot of fun playing with bubbles and jumping on the trampoline
I set up a flower planting station for the kids. They had so much fun picking out their gardening apron, tools, flower pot, and of course their flower.
We headed back inside for some dessert and to sing,
"Happy Birthday" to Arden!
She just dug right in...
Arden really had fun playing outside. It was such a pretty day!
Look at all those presents! She LOVED her princess scooter.
Favors Included:
- Flowers the kids planted, garden utensils, and gardening apron
- Flower Cookies that my mom made
- Texas Bluebonnet and wildflower seeds
The "after" party!!
It was a wonderful day. I thoroughly enjoyed planing a day to celebrate Arden's life!
